We bought a new Skoda Octavia from Rainworth Skoda exactly a year ago as our works company car, an Octavia 2.0 Tdi estate. It's simply fantastic for what it is, totally faultless. Today it needed a 20,000 mile service to which it had at Rainworth Skoda and after this  experience we are compelled to comment on their second to none customer service and prices. Very highly recommended.

Having dealt with lots of car dealerships over the last 50 plus years I can honestly say Rainworth Skoda has been the most pleasant experience yet.
Very friendly staff and personal service from Jack who always answers any queries very promptly.
Excellent part exchange for my car and a very good deal all round.

Want to say a big thank you to Steve Cantrell for all his help with buying our new car. He kept us informed all the way through, nothing was to much trouble. He and all the staff at Rainworth Skoda made the whole process a pleasure. Loving my new Octavia estate, might be my first Skoda but can't see it being my last. Keep up the good work folks.

Best customer service which is honest, helpful and they're incredibly personable. They have gone above and beyond to help me on numerous occasions. Would recommend going to them very highly.
