Amazing service from start to finish! I wanted a family car for myself and my two little boys and the idea of an electric car really stood out to me. Adam & Alex helped with everything and explained the whole process of how an electric car would benefit me financially and with the journeys I have planned this year. The process was super easy and 2 days later I was driving away with my new car. Adam even took the time to sit with me and go through all the features in my car, set up my radio for my favourite stations and even did a grand reveal in the show room - which made me feel really special within the whole process. Today on 17/03/24, I took a visit to Mansfield from Leicester in order to take a look at the car I reserved VW GOLF R LINE 2018. The car sales man Harry kindly showed us the car. Unfortunately we changed our mind about the car due to a change in opinion. We informed Harry about our decision and without any hesitation Harry and the Manager kindly offered us to fix up the car as much as they possibly can and offered to order a car that we would like. If the car was from a different branch they even offered bring it to Mansfield for me. This kindness and warm hospitality was incredibly incredible and showed the high standards of the Mansfield staff. If I buy a car, I will make sure to buy it from this branch. A definite thumbs up from me.
We've recently purchased car from dealership and I have to admit Jake made the process very simple and clear. Minor scratches, chips were sorted prior collection and car was in stunning condition. Drove down to this garage from Durham after viewing a Seat Arona in Yorkshire. After viewing the Seat Arona with yourselves I was really impressed with Lewis the car salesman that I dealt with. He took the time to let me look over the car at ease and no pushy sales. After an excellent test drive was really happy with the car and bought it on the day as they gave me the price I needed for my trade in to be able to purchase it. I will definitely be back to this garage in the future as I’m very happy with my purchase. Thanks to Lewis and the Manager I was able to purchase the car on the day and drive home. Excellent service thanks. I will definitely recommend to friends and family also.
Jordan was hugely helpful from dropping in on the off chance, he could not have been more accommodating. He has a wealth of knowledge on vehicles, products and was happy to do whatever he could to please my wife’s very high tick list.
