All police do a great job, looking at all the ill feeling shown towards them. I for one am tremendously happy with all the good work our police do for us - it is certainly not an easy job! Thanks again to all of you!

PLEASE READ, I have never had poorer service in my whole entire life, I had lost my passport that costed me £75 and someone had very kindly handed it into the police station and said that I would have two weeks in which to collect it. I went in the very next day and talked to the officer and they said they had sent it all the way to Durham passport office and that I would just have to get a new one (they knew it would get destroyed by sending it there) I then rung up the office because I couldn’t afford to travel all the way over there and when I was on the phone they said they had destroyed it as soon as they had received it from the police!! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! I can not afford a new passport at all and I desperately needed it. This review is to warn you that the police are not helping, they literally burnt £75 of my money and they don’t care at all. They say they are “proud to protect” life’s but they carn’t even protect a passport. Very very bad police station and extremely poor service, would not recommend to anyone especially if you are in an emergency situation.

Staff ok.
Cell was warm one minute and cold then next.lights on Lights off.was offered a pillow a book and asked for a glass of water.all of witch never came.
So after an 14hours stay I had one glass of water.and for 9 hours wasn’t told if I was charged or anything.

Won’t be booking again 👎
