Taxi First

Worst taxi company EVER! Most drivers have no idea where they're going, always late to pick us up, some are very rude! I used to always use this firm as they were very reliable, but not anymore 😡😡😡😡

Used at least 4 times a day for years spend thousands on this company should be a vip or shares by now lol but are now so unreliable and no one knows where they are going or what im saying speak English!! Sad to know that most of these drivers get employed and paperwork before they even get to this country thats a fact as I lived with an employee of this company. This company gone down the toilet. Shame for the decent drivers that have learnt the Plymouth roads.

Cab was suppose to arrive in 10 min but arrived 40 min later. Tried to call the cab company to ask for the ETA but nobody answered, just received a VM saying the cab will be there in 2min. Press 1 to speak to the driver, that didn’t work either. Not impressed.

Fastest taxi company in Plymouth, don't think I have ever waited more than 10 minutes even on a Saturday night. Also, the app is a good way to book your taxi as you can see exactly when your taxi has been dispatched and where it is on the map (and apparently gives you priority)!

Been using this so called service two years .they are never on time or they come early and keep on trying to get you out way before the booking time or like today the call centre told us the nearest taxi was plymstock bearing in mind we live in Cornwall and need to go to Plymouth, we were told the taxi would be 20 mins so a total of 30 mins passed its booking time the operator just didn’t want to know thanks we need more competition.
