Just tried to book three taxis. Earliest they could do was in an hour and a half. Tried to see if anyone could do earlier and the same company answered a number I tried. He answered in a ridiculously rude tone and told me they are the company I booked my taxis with and told me he had cancelled them before i even got a word in and hung up on me!! I also tried calling back several times and now there's no answer!! Clearly someone has no life. Cheers mate! Think the manager needs to replace the looser in charge of the bookings! Just lost them 3 cars worth of business.

Dom arrived quicker than expected! Didn't mind waiting for a few mins and then helped with the bags on the other end! Would definitely call again!

Absolute idiot driver - came speeding around the corner what I assume over the speed limit and nearly crashed into me. Then started laughing at me when I got annoyed with him. Arrogant nasty waste of space

Lee "Brummy" is a very nice man! He's been picking me up for 3 years and is nice to talk to. He does your taxi service very good! One of your best drivers. He helps me with my Anxiety problems and we have nice conversations. He's kind, hardworking, and has a good heart. It's nice to see a kind hearted taxi driver when a lot of them are a bit grumpy. This man deserves a raise!!

As usual with Plymouth taxi companies , phoning is next to pointless at busy times they never provider a ride - using the app is more often successful but simple things ling booking a 6 person can are impossible. Need-a-cab like the rest of Plymouth terrible taxi companies cannot work out a way of meeting customers needs. Tryihg go hook ahead is a joke as they always say NO because they ndvrr know which drivers will work. Pathetic!!!!!!
