Absolutely Disgusting Service, I called in the morning to book a 7 seater Taxi for 18.30, The person I spoke to said, no problem all booked for you. When I called at 18.35 to find out where it was, A very rude and aggressive lady said, "we told you it would be as near to 18.30 as possible" I explained to her this was not the case, her reply was I am the supervisor and I know this is correct, she didn't apologize was just very confrontational, and rude. She said she would listen to my call, as all calls were recorded. I suggested she do that. Finally at 19.00 the taxi arrived, it was my 50th Birthday, and had a party to go too, this made me late.
When the taxi driver turned up, he was very polite and really nice, he said they do not book your taxi, you go into a computer system, and if one is free near the time, you get it, if not you have to wait, he had to come all the way from town, and was not happy about this. If the cabs are driving around, they can pick up anyone who might flag them down, therefore your cab can go on another job, this is what happened to me. I then saw what message he was sent from the office, on his system, it just said pick up ASAP.
I would stay clear of this company. I am never going to use them again, and as for the so called supervisor, I would sack her and get someone with people skills to take over the role.

Just used this company to get my disabled wife to the hairdressers and this was our first encounter using wheelchair accessible taxi and found the company and driver excellent. We were lucky to get the same driver for homeward journey. Very impressed

This was the most awful taxi service I ever accounted. I'll start from the beginning. I pre-booked a cab for 20th February from Travelodge Plymouth to Dartmoor in the morning, including a return from Dartmoor to Plymouth railway station for 18:15 that evening (noting that my train will arrive at Plymouth station at 19:15, so I left plenty of time to get into Plymouth). I was told by the gentlemen over the phone to pre-pay the driver from my first trip as it goes over the price level (or something) which I stupidly pre-paid a total of £80 to the driver. After finishing work in Dartmoor my colleague called into the cab service to find out if the cab will be arriving on time and how far it is. The gentlemen over the phone didn't seem like he had a clue of that there was a booking to Dartmoor at 18:15 that evening as my colleague mentioned to me. I then called into the cab service (noting that it is now 18:25) and the same gentlemen that spoke to my colleague took the call. I asked him how far my cab is and he responded with "well, I can see its nearby". I then asked "how nearby? Give me a time." He then responded with "it shouldn't be too long now (now getting annoyed as I hear his tone sounding harsher and rude) and said it should be there soon" . I then hung up (now the time being 18:35). I waited for another 10 mins until I had to catch a ride from a colleague who was passing by, thankfully. As my colleague drove into Plymouth when I received a call from the taxi firm notifying me that my cab has arrived (now the time being 19:10, 5 mins before my train time which has already arrived at the platform only just making it a few minutes before the train doors closed). I have written several emails to the taxi firm and have contacted them via telephone to request a refund of my second trip of £40, but I still have not received any response. I am disgusted by the service and I will ensure to get this refund even if means taking legal actions. I do not blame the driver as I believe he wasn't made aware of the pick up time. It is purely down to the taxi firm who wasn't able to organise a simple pickup time. If you do book with this taxi firm do not prepay when told by the conductor over the phone.
