Very well located, smart and clean hotel. Prices are pretty good for central London. Breakfast isn't the best but the location more than makes up for that. Staff have always been friendly and helpful. Well worth considering stopping here when in the capital.

I spent 5 nights in the Tavistock hotel in March 2018. I had a pleasant stay. The hotel lived up to my expectations. It was basic, but clean, and very conveniently located. Breakfast was quite substantial. My only complaint is the quality of tea bags. They were quite below standard. It would be a great improvement if they used Twinnings or PG Tips.

Restaurant being renovated so had to use one of the hotel chain's alternative hotels for evening meal. Double beds small. Location excellent for Kings Cross station and central London. Price good compared to other hotels. Staff very helpful.

The rooms had no temperature control so were too hot, when you opened the window all the noise from outside disturbed you. The breakfast was good and its very close to all the amenities such a underground, food places and grocery stores! Rooms are compact which is fine but the showers are like being back in school & very difficult to control!!

Very good customer service, treat everyone really well. Very clean. Great showers in most rooms!
