Gross! Terrible service, no-one spoke English and I asked for a chicken and avocado - someone said they were making it. 15 minutes later I asked and she said I don't understand what you're saying. Someone then stormed over and said we only have what's on the menu. Staff sit around doing nothing and it took 10 minutes to get chopsticks. Stupid

So far the worst experience I’ve had at YO! sushi. Rude and unprofessional staff who used terms like ‘Who cares’ when talking about food orders. Another thing which I found absolutely disgusting was the fact that the woman making my sushi was NOT USING GLOVES and just rinsing her hands after touching all types of food and equipment, this lacks basic hygiene. Disappointed with the service as the staff was close to finishing and they made it clear they are not happy to be at work and made me feel incredibly unwelcome, even the fact that my green tea came cold and I asked for a new one she just poured some hot water into it making it taste absolutely horrible so wouldn’t ever recommend this specific YO! Sushi to anyone.

Within the Brunswick Centre (itself one minute walk from Russell Square tube) this Yo is bright and fresh. There are plenty of booth type seats and less at the food belt. There is a takeaway counter just in the entrance which seems to be coming to all Yo locations. The food is great, as usual for Yo.

I’ve never been so unimpressed by the service at a restaurant that I felt I needed to leave a review but this was appalling. Terrible service, rude employees, ridiculously overpriced. Don’t waste your time coming here!

Conveyor belt was practically empty, staff just standing around looking bored. Noticed that one of the chefs was just touching everything with his bare hand, occasionally rinsing it. Sushi was very dry, must have been on the belt a while, and the Katsu curry was very very watery. Shame as most Yo Sushis are very good, but this one really lets the brand down. If around the area I’d recommend going elsewhere.
