We stopped by last night for a quick meal before an event. As everyone else says, the onion rings are awesome. But the overall experience was meh. As an American, I found the burger itself mediocre because the patty was pretty dry. And even though it’s a casual self serve place, I think it’s reasonable to expect that the person taking the order behind the counter would at least smile. I would consider going back if I’m ever in the area, but wouldn’t go out of my way to revisit.
Great burgers and generous portion of fries. Must get a milkshake, had the red velvet milkshake and it was really good.
Good place to enjoy a burger with chips and beer while watching a football match. Nice waiters, wide variety of burgers and options. The place was clean, and the food was good and tasty.

I have been here twice. The Burgers were not small, they were generous, fresh, and tasty. The fries are long, crispy, and delicious, and there are plenty of them. The veggie is satisfying. They serve beer. The staff are pleasant. I think the food is worth the price. The food actually looks like the pictures.
The place was very clean. The food was prepared in a timely manner. The burger itself was a bit small, but the portion of chips was very generous. Furthermore, before I made my order, I appreciated the fact that the members of staff did not ask loads of questions and allowed me to look at the menu. When I go out to eat, it is annoying when people ask me what I want before I have had the chance to see what is on offer.
Great onion rings, and nice fries. Beware, the portion of fries is ridiculously big, the large portion is enough for a large family. The burger was nice and unlike other reviews I thought its size was appropriate, but I can see why it’s being compared to McDonalds, the patties are very similar. The service could use some improvement.
Overpriced, and it literally tastes like McDonalds. Burgers are not fresh and very very dry! The bun is cold! I have no clue how it has so many 5 stars. The price fooled me into thinking the burgers are really good quality, but it is not. Avoid if possible :-
I had two double cheese burgers for me & my wife one of them were still wasn't cooked enough. It was bloody from the inside. Plus Chips were over cooked. I work literally 10 seconds away from this place. I will never go there again. And I won't let any of my friends go there either. They're prices are so high , I won't mind paying money for food. But that wasnt food. It was rubbish. Literally.
Normally this is a solid 4* place for me, but the soft drink machines have been down for a couple of weeks now and that’s just poor service to the customer. If your supplier can’t come up with a fix in a reasonable period of time, get a temporary solution in from someone else. Instead they’ve decided to do nothing... so you can forget unlimited refills and just pay for premium priced bottles. BurgerFi won’t be around for long in London with this style of management. Hope I can update this review soon with better news.
