Food could be good, but they don't really care and don't follow the orders. They send whatever they have cooked already. Very bad experience, the worst customer service ever. No one in charge or responsible.
Been going to this place for years but recently I have been let down by these lot. Uncooked chicken and off chicken served to me today. Won’t be returning disgusting
PLEASE BE MORE CONSIDERATE WHEN DOING TAKEAWAYS!!!! I normally like eating from this place, however recently when I started to order via Uber eats, their quality of food was under average standards. On the first occasion my burger bun had been burnt on the side but I decided to let this go, on the second occasion I didn’t even get my full order packed! The chicken inside my chicken burger meal was very dry and I didn’t even get my drink or sauces that were supposed to come with it ! Please understand people are paying their hard worker money for your food, please be more considerate when making it. The chicken burger meal is also very small compared to the 1/4 pounder which is much larger in size despite being the same price
Ordered a chicken wrap meal, the chicken in the wrap had pink chicken, pls do not order from them. Luckily I didn’t get sick.
An hour after ordering food hadn’t arrived. Restaurant says they’re waiting for driver and hangs up the phone!!
Wings = 10/10 Fries = 6/10 too crispy not enough potato Strip burger = 9/10 not a 10 because sometimes the strips aren’t big enough. Portion size = 8/10 Price = 8/10

For a fast food place it does the job... Fast service and reasonably priced - recommend the mountain burger. Wings used to be really good too but they've been quite dry the last few times so wouldn't recommend those.
BEST CHICKEN SHOP EVER. Literally holding my family together. i love it so much. i go here every now and then when i want a little boom shakalaka in my life. My favourite is the two strip burger and chips. It’s a 10/10 to say the least. Now trust me on this, The BBQ chicken wings are FINGER LICKING worthy. They are COATED in sauce and smell from a mile away, greatly sensational and breathtaking in its glorious form. The staff are so kind and nice. My son goes here sometimes afterschool. Time management in this store is perfect. They know how to handle their customers and how many at how many times. They are ready for any situation possible. Promise this store is mouthwatering. Dont forget to go here before you die. Greatest chicken shop in existence. Will be going here for a late night bite.
Wings, not good.. not very fresh looking & they wrecked my stomach
