The hotel and staff very good this was our first time for as with the hotel .and we will be back next year. The Hotel's position is very important; The Rooms are bigger than the other London's hotels. The price is very interesting, if I come back to London, I think that I'll come here too. I've been a very good journey.

Have to say a great spot to stay if you are visiting London, it is a bit outside of the centre of London but not to far in on the tube which runs very regularly..The staff are top notch and extremely friendly and helpful..The rooms are spacious and comfy, and you can have a good heart breakfast every morning..

The hotel is not the best experience as the car parking spaces are extremely limited so get there early. The hotel also seems to be short staffed causing long waits for reception staff. The cleaning services are not the best either with the bathroom not being cleaned well but the best was well done. Additional the bed was great. The room just needed the ability to have the air-conditioning to go to cooling mode.

We stay here very often when travelling to London. Tube stops are close by and the rooms are brilliant. Staff are incredibly helpful and parking is exceptionally priced for the capital.

Lovely facilities and comfy bed. Check-in online was flawless and quickens experience. Location round the corner from Royal National Orthopaedic hospital in Stanmore so handy for appointments for people out of town.
