This is the least helpful, most inept Turkish restaurant I have ever come across. My wife and I ordered food via Uber eats, two items and a side. What was delivered was one item (which was wrong) and that was it. The driver was adamant that he'd delivered what he was given and that he couldn't do anything. We phoned the restaurant and they immediately blamed the driver and said it wasn't their fault to rectify. The worst part was they offered no apologies, advice or guidance to rectify the issue, no suggestions as to what to do next and no sign of any goodwill whatsoever. Even if it was the drivers fault, we'd spent nearly £30 and for them to simply expect us to take the issue up with the driver and show no concern at all was insulting. Any coward can pass the buck. Just shy of £30 for one kebab that we hadn't even ordered, unbelievable.
