Excellent salt beef on rye bread sandwiches. Just one sandwich makes you so full !! Tasty Potato latke and also the fish balls are amazing. Their whole menu is great and tasty. Got to try the beans and barley soup and the matzo ball chicken soup!! Taste of home cooked food. Good quality and tasty food. Very friendly owners and nice eatery with good vibes!
Excellent salt beef and cold sandwich bar run by very genuine staff. The place has been open for more than 40 years and is a family run business. The last point alone is worth supporting in this day and age where chain restaurants have taken over and taken down the business. They have a great selection of meat and it's all very well made. When we visited they had no seating because of COVID-19 regulations, I hope that's all been lifted now. I would defo go back again.
Delightful and delicious. The staff were charming, the food was outstanding. After a salt beef sandwich on rye with pickles and mustard I was a very happy camper. Lots of regulars filed in and out while we dined showing its popularity not that there was any wait - the service was snappy.
The best salt beef in town... I was recommended this restaurant by friends and I was not disappointed. The moment I walked in, I was so pleasantly surprised. The guy working there was so friendly, kind sweet, helpful and explained everything to me with patience. I would totally recommend this place to everyone that fancies salt beef as well as the other products they offer. It is a great little place and the quality of the products is outstanding and way above the rest.
Great place to get salt beef. The staff are very friendly and kind. I really can't rate them higher. The apple strudel Is a personal favourite too
It's not a cheap eat - but the salt beef and tongue where delicious and tender. I'd eat there again if I was nearby. Friendly staff and good food.
Fabulous food and brilliant service. Recommend the salt beef and lokshen pudding but all of it was delicious. Run by really friendly family team.
Small salt beef bar. Lovely salt beef sandwiches and latkes. We had the bean and barley soup to start. Really delicious! Staff are very friendly and helpful.
Mark treated us as royalty this evening. We left the ordering to him, everything was delicious! The first time of many at B&K.
I've always had fantastic food here: the sandwiches and apple strudel are my favourites. Very friendly service, always very chatty.
