Ok,not a place for kids as there is nothing to do.Great for relaxing tho. The roads are very narrow so care is needed when driving here, single type with passing places. Roads get very busy between 1530 and 1800,

Great location with views over the fells and the Irish Sea. There is a clubhouse, which serves typical pub meals, Sunday lunch etc. Site staff are friendly and helpful. The site is well maintained and there is access to the beach, it is quiet; even at the height of the summer holidays and you have to drive to the "local" shops, and pubs. But my wife and I love it here.

Cracking caravan park. I've stayed here, work related and really enjoyed my stay. The park is slightly dated but they are disposing of old caravans and replacing with new as I speak. The lass in charge of the park can not do enough for you and the caretaker keeps the park tip top. There is a bar that opens early evening that shows a bit of sport through the week, it looks newly refurbished. They serve a cheap Sunday lunch which is supposed to be good value for money, though I haven't tried it as I'm not back from work in time. Highly recommend.
