Booked an Mot which my car failed so I took it to another garage because it was cheaper the what Tanvic quoted me so went for my free retest and the mot man st wasn't happy with the headlights on my car as they said it was a blub issue so I took it back to the garage I used and all it was the beam paten needed adjusting from right to left as it look like they was set up for European driving from the previous owner of the car so get them sorted and got shown by the garage and how they fixed them on there mot light box and got the beam paten correct for an mot so took it back again for a retest at Tanvic for the mot man to failed it again saying there still not correct so I told the man on reception I seen my headlights get adjusted correctly and explained what the problem was with them and all I got was well there not right on are machine! But not only that I noticed the next day that one of my washer jets on the bonnet was pushed up out of it correct position so I had a look and the mot man had left his screwdriver in my engine bay so when he shut my bonnet it broke the plastic grill the washer jet sits in and of course its the same size screwdriver that is needed for the adjusters for my headlights so no wounder there not correct the mot man was fiddling with them. Will definitely never use Tanvic again, very disappointed and I can't believe the cowboy mot tester!!!

Great group of guys very friendly and helpful when I need a tyre repaired quickly to get to work, and ordering in a spare. Thanks guys!

Very poor took my x5 for new brake pipes as quoted for by the mechanic. 9 days later after countless attempts of bleeding the brake and there diagnostic machine going down and putting the car into a safe mode and wouldn’t start. Ended up taking it to another garage still no go then I need a new mater cylinder which they fitted at there cost but car still doesn’t seam right and I don’t trust them to be able to repair the car. Will be out of pocket now cause I’ll have to take it some where else and pay for there mistakes very poor tanvic

Just had two tyres fitted to my Toyota Aygo. First class service. Rang up at approx 9.15 to ask if tyres would be available. Told I could go straight in. Took 20 mins to fit. Back home at 10.45. Good job lads. Very well done.
