I took my car in for mot. I arrived early and they were very busy. I was met immediately and from the time I arrived and picked the car up everyone was curtious and incredibly efficient. Everyone was multi tasking. Great to see a business busy. I got to have breakfast at wetherspoons just round the corner. But that's another story!!!! And that was great too
The staff were very helpful & friendly. My oil change was done quickly & on time. No fuss or bother, all very straight forward & simple! just as I like it
The staffs are careless… Smoking and relaxing while i was waiting since 10 in the morning until 3pm,for my car wheels to be fixed. And every time i asked them when is my car going to be ready!they said you will need to wait until we have one of our workers to be free. Found them very ignorant as they were talking to them self and laughing out loud while i was angry waiting. Never going there again.
Took my car to kwik fit with a new set of wheels to have balanced, they fitted me in last minute and balanced all wheels. I enquired if they could fit them for me but they didn’t really have time but said they would try, couple hours later gave me a call all balanced and they put them onto the car at no extra cost, great services thanks lads
I rang on a Saturday morning and was sorted by that afternoon. The team tried to repair the tyre but technicalities meant a new tyre was needed - the team actually brought the punctured tyre into Reception to show me the damage, so I didn't feel I was being stung for the extra costs. The team were friendly, communicative, professional and reasonably priced. I'd certainly use Kwik Fit in the future and recommend to friends/family.
Good customer service, finished the job earlier than expected, and did what they said they would for an affordable price. I will come back as a result of this experience, thank you. Ian
LADIES NEVER GO HERE BY YOURSELF!!! I went in for an MOT test by myself as a 19 y/o girl and they rang me saying it failed, needed 2 new tyres and my rear brake pad was faulty and it was going to cost me at least £350 for the brakes let alone the tyres. I told them my dad was an engineer and that it should only cost £120 for the brake to be changed. They then said they'd have 'another look at it', they rang me back and said they cleaned it and THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG!!! I had to ask them to retest it, didn't call me back so I had to call them AGAIN, and they told me it passed!! They obviously just see a girl who doesn't know anything about cars so wants to rip her off, they could've taken about £900 from me if I hadn't questioned it!!! PLEASE BE CAREFUL! I will never be going here again and don't suggest you do either! If I could give them 0 stars I would.
I could not fault the team - prompt, personable and professional in their approach. All aspects of the MOT were explained and my car was returned to me on time, as requested. Full marks Kwik Fit Loughborough!
This place was in the dumps years back! But under new staff it's absolutely brilliant. Twice I have been there this year, one for a puncture repair and again for balancing both a pleasure of a visit.
first my car was booked in on the 29 december for its mot this appointment was made in november but on the day after traveling to the kwik fit garage i was told the mot tester was on holiday and another appointment had to be made on the 5 january for its mot then i was happy
