What a beautiful bed and breakfast! We really enjoyed our stay and wish we had stayed longer. Richard was so accommodating with us arriving so late (close to 2300) and our room was a welcome sight after driving so long that day. We stayed in the "Blue Room" and our bathroom had a towel warmer and heated floors . . . amazing! Breakfast the next morning was fantastic as well. When we return to Scotland, we definitely will return to Tamarin Lodge. Just as a note, Google Maps has the location of the B&B a little wonky. In the dark of the night and being exhausted, it made for an interesting adventure trying to find the right place. Google Maps wanted us to turn up a VERY steep driveway, to what appear to be self-catering lodges. Go a little further past them and look for the Tamarin Lodge sign before turning into the driveway!

Comfy accomodation with stunning views on the loch. Very friendly hosts with a very good knowledge of the region! Val and Richard, thank you for little chats over breakfast and advice on hiking destinations! We will be back!
