Warm welcome, offered whisky or sherry and shortcake on arrival. Nice clean rooms, big grass area out the back for children to run around on plenty of parking. Nice breakfast and the staff are really attentive.if in Ullapool worth staying here especially because of it's location close to the harbour
The hotel is well-located and clean. The reception staff were very friendly, as were the staff at the breakfast buffet. While there was a small selection of continental breakfast options, they also offered cooked breakfast items which could be customized upon request.nThe hotel is beautifully situated by the lake and serves as a great starting point for various excursions in the area.nAlthough the room was a bit small, it was well-equipped and sufficient for our needs. Very nice, renovated bathroom with a big walk-in shower.nAdditionally, the lower level of the hotel features a large lounge area and access to the backyard garden overlooking the lake. We highly recommend it!
Amazing location and amazing service. Greeted with the warmest welcome, a drink of whiskey, and great recommendations for the area. Could not have asked for any more when my wife and I stayed here.
Modern hotel in a beautiful location overlooking the Loch and mountains and within easy walk of nearby restaurants. Great breakfast, comfortable rooms, easy on site parking, and friendly service
Over nine days on the road with us staying at a variety of establishments. This was not a favorite as this had the appearance of a hotel, and yet the rooms were cut to fit more than they should. The rooms were too small, and the bathroom was worse for size. The saving grace was the breakfast and the hospitality both when we arrived and in the morning at breakfast. Nothing to cheer about and would not rush back!
