Been with this dentist now for nearly 1 year and never had a problem with service or treatment from the female dentist. I've found her to be Caring and compassionate towards patients and very understanding of anxious patients like myself when it comes to dental treatment. All staff at this dentist are welcoming and friendly. I've found that I've not endured anything like what the negative commenters have wrote so please don't always believe what you read. I highly recommend this surgery.
One star is too way much. This place should be shut. Receptionist has no clue, lazy, not willing to help or simply just to do her job. Dentist- will not even comment on that one. If my daughter's 2 years orthodontic treatment will be in jeopardy because of you incompetence we will meet at the Court. Stay away from this place!!!!!
OK.. can't understand what the dentist is saying...she is good but not so gentle..took her over an hour to extract a tooth..the whole process I could hear crunching and snapping...I actually panic now because I have have a loose tooth
Dentist needs re-training in how to treat kids and needs to sort her customer service skills out!
First class service and treatment from start to finish. I dread visiting the dentist but the lovely dentist Yiota is excellent. Makes it as painless an experience as possible. Tells you exactly what she's doing and reassures you every step of the way. Very friendly staff too.
Very pleased with the treatment myself and my family received. Dentist was lovely and constantly checking to see if everything was ok.
This place needs shutting down do not come to this dentist the woman dentist has no idea an needs to go an learn how to treat her patients.the receptionists need to learn customer service overall i would never come back to this place disgusting place an staff.7 months they left me with half a tooth in my mouth as she couldn't get it out they never referred me to the hospital every time I did ring they didn't help one bit I ended up going to ormskirk dental after being referred by 111. 5 minutes it took and it was out I'd tell everyone to stay away from talking teeth
Had just been there for a scale&polish. Very nice receptionist and dentist/assistant, also done a great job with my teeth!
Awful place. Female denist Yiota drilled a hole in the wrong tooth, then after realizing her mistake informed me that she was unable to repair it and suggested that I contact a friend of hers that could repair the damage that she'd done , ' for around £400' ! Now I'm left with an unrepaired hole in my tooth and no way of getting it fixed! Absolute joke of a place. Stay away at all costs!
The place should have police tape around it because it is criminal the incompetence is allowed to go on! . Please even if you can't find a dentist do not go here.
