Yesterday I had a dental implant and just want to thank Tom Owen, Katie and the staff for everything they have done. I was quite nervous but the whole procedure was nowhere near as bad as I expected. Tom explained everything beforehand and told me exactly what he was doing every step of the way. He made sure that I didn’t feel pain and topped up the local anaesthetic immediately if anything felt “pokey!” The follow up advice was accurate so that I knew exactly what to expect! Thank you!
Julia ruined my teeth by forcing a crown that was too big for the gap. The crown put so much pressure on neighbouring teeth which resulted in severe crowding over a 6 month period. I raised this with Julia and she said crowding is normal and refused accountability and I was left with crooked teeth. I've now had to pay thousands of pounds to fix the damages she caused.
Excellent dental dental practice in which I have been going for years. Professional and friendly staff and I can't think of anything to fault it. It has full marks from me without thinking twice about it.
I have recently had a root canal and crown done at Wigan My dentist. I can’t recommend them highly enough. I saw Jonathan and he was excellent throughout. I felt very safe in his hands and he was very reassuring throughout both procedures which really helped calm my nerves & fear of the dentist. I also had fantastic service from Katie the treatment coordinator who patiently liaised with Jonathan to answer my numerous questions and helped me process my dental insurance claim form. She is so organised & efficient and I am really grateful for all the help she gave me.
Totally brilliant staff all round from the reception through to the dentist and assistant. They put you needs first and are Totally brilliant with nervous patients. I definitely recommend my dentist standish gate wigan

The young Gentleman I saw yesterday I am really sorry but I forgot the name... was ever so helpful. I came in with a toothache and was booked in immediately for an emergency appointment. I am petrified of dentists and my fear and anxiety are so bad that I wait until its so bad that I can't wait any more. I tried many dentists, including treatment under sedation, but it was always traumatic. My visit yesterday was by far the most comfortable, and easy. I felt reassured, listened to, involved in the process and what's most important I felt safe I had tooth extracted and it was a bit complex because I had very long roots. The Dentist and his Assistant have been very kind and supportive. I have already booked a follow up appointment to sort out the rest of my teeth and will definitely go back. I am ever so grateful for all the help. The reception staff were very helpful and supportive very understanding and patient. I never thought I'll say this, but it was a very positive experience. I recommend the surgery with all my heart and soul!
Just been for a visit with the new dentist Ella. Having spent a lot of time at the dentist lately with numerous problems I am thoroughly pleased this time. I have neglected my teeth in the past through lifestyle and fear of the dentist but came to regret this after having my daughter and have been trying to get on top of this and regain my confidence..This lady Ella, is thorough, she listens, is honest and quick.. I feel like I made progress today and my teeth has never felt cleaner. Would highly recommend a visit to this dentist.
I have attended this dental practice for many years and have always been impressed by it. The reception area is clean, tidy and attractive. The receptionists are friendly and effective and the treatment I have received from my dentist, Mrs Dawson, has been consistently good. I have never been kept waiting much over my appointment time and reappointments for future treatments are made by reminders at regular intervals. I certain would recommend this practice.
