Was refused service after a year for arriving 20 mins late no consideration for the lack of bus station in the area as work is being done to it. The room was empty with no patients waiting and Dr o'shea was not busy, if they wanted to punish people for wrong doing maybe they shouldn't of taken an oath to do no harm and instead applied to be a police officer. The 2nd star is solely for the work done removing my upper wisdom teeth, the cavity work done was uneven and left me grinding my teeth whilst I slept as I could not seat my teeth on one side of my mouth I now have chipped molars and am left looking for service elsewhere.

As a newcomer to the practice, I found the receptionists most helpful and friendly.Mathew my dentist,made me feel comfortable and at ease and is very pleasant to talk to.Wouldn't hesitate to recommend him. However,be aware of the stairs,not age friendly.

I'm quite scared of going to the dentist but they have always made me feel relaxed. Given me pain free treatment and just been really patient and understanding. My dentist is Kaelan O'Shea and he's done an amazing job with my teeth so far. Highly recommended

Matthew is my dentist he is very patient explains every thing he going to do,I had a lot of problems when I first started going which he put right and has helped my confidence,I had quite a few dentist over the years and Matthew is the best on to date.The reception staff are very helpful and friendly and I wouldn't hesitate recommending them to you.
