Had my first call with Jessica Huntsman today and I just want to say she has been an absolute pleasure to speak to. Very clear and concise with her explanations and incredibly understanding when I have explained the issues I've had. I reached out to my GP who told be to self-refer to Talk Bromley. After a consultation today an extremely polite Lady consultant told me she couldn't help me either and said I should talk to Westmeria and I would have to pay. Basically, discharged me without helping me. I feel helpless and sad that this organisation could not help me.

5 stars from me I wasn’t sure what to expect from intensive CBT therapy as I’d not had this therapy before. When I was offered a male therapist I felt unsure I but was willing to give it a go. I’m so glad I did both therapy & therapist were great we built up trust quickly & I felt safe speaking to my therapist about sensitive personal information some of it I hadn’t shared with anyone it was good to open up & release past abusive relationship trauma I’d been diagnosed with PTSD which soon became apparent it was C-PTSD after 15 sessions I can honestly say I feel like a completely different person I have the mindset tools to look at past abusive situations in a whole different more positive light I’m much kinder & compassionate to myself I’ve learnt to forgive myself for what was out of my control. It was hard work at times I knew I’d see it through with the guidance & reassurance from my therapist & I did. My future is much brighter & I am excited to see where my life takes me the past will no longer hold me back. Thank you so much James Little from the bottom of my heart you are AMAZING

Very bad service, you are very limited, I could not get any service or help from them! I don’t recommend!

About as useful as a chocolate teapot. Underperforming, slow, ineffective.
