I recently underwent ACL reconstruction with Mr Davenport and I couldn’t be more grateful for the care I received. Mr Davenport was exceptional throughout — highly professional, reassuring, and clearly extremely skilled. From consultation through to surgery, everything was explained clearly, which gave me complete confidence going into the procedure.nnI would like to give special recognition to Janet, the nurse who looked after me. Her hospitality was truly outstanding. She seemed to anticipate every need before I even had to ask and created such a calm, supportive, and friendly environment. Her reassuring presence, friendliness, and professionalism made a huge difference on the day of surgery, and she genuinely went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and at ease.

I have to say that I was very impressed with all throughout my visit to the Sloane HospitalnnWhen I I arrived at the Sloane hospital I was greeted by the friendly receptionist who contacted the nursing staff immediately.nnI was taken to my room which had a safe, a TV, cupboard and an on suite bathroom.nnThere were leaflets on the wall in a rack with and a TV guide and a menu.nnI waited for the nurse to arrive who took my blood pressure, and monitored my heart rate several times, took my post operation food order and then I was visited by the Anaesthetist and Mr. Doddi before the operation.nnMy full details were checked allergies, previous operations etc. several times as well as the area that was to be operated on.nnWhen I was taken to the operating theatre I was informed throughout what would be happening and when I awoke after surgery the nurse came in and told me what was expected before they would release me.nnAll went exceptionally  well and I am at home recovering. Even though it was open surgery I was never left to stress about it. I was well looked after by all of the team. I was given who to contact should I have any issues during my recoverynnI would like to thank to all at the Sloane Hospital in Bromley for your support and for the stress free environment throughout   - And now on with the recovery

Appointments run smoothly, and the whole process feels efficient without ever feeling rushed.nnThe Sloane Hospital truly sets a high standard for private healthcare. Fantastic physiotherapy from Hannah over three successive limb issues Shoulder post surgery, broken shoulder, complex ankle fracture and reconstructionnnBrilliant range of highly effective exercises given, superb follow-up and adaptation of the program based on progress.nnWithout Hannah’s immense knowledge and commitment there is no way I would have been able to make a full recovery.nnWithout doubt the very best physiotherapist I have ever encountered in over 30 years.

My mum had shoulder surgery today at Sloane Hospital and I honestly can’t thank the team enough. From the moment we walked through the doors to the time we left, every single person we encountered was kind, professional, and reassuring.nnThe professor was excellent and explained everything so clearly, the anaesthetist was incredibly caring and made sure my mum felt safe and comfortable, and the nurses were simply wonderful – attentive, compassionate, and genuinely thoughtful.nnBecky especially was so amazing, massive thank you!!! The regular check ins and attentiveness. Turned a stressful day into a more calm one. My mum most definitely appreciated it.nnIt made what could have been a stressful experience feel calm and smooth, and we are so grateful for the exceptional care she received. Thank you to the whole team for looking after my mum so well.
