This hospital is outstanding, thanks to its compassionate staff. I'd like to extend a special thank you to the nurse in the recovery unit who was exceptionally warm and attentive, as well as the entire nursing team on duty. Their care made me feel thoroughly supported. Additionally, the meal service team, especially Heather, went above and beyond to ensure a more enjoyable stay, demonstrating exceptional dedication. Based on my experience, I would prefer Sloane Hospital for any future healthcare requirements over Shirley Hospital.

This is my first surgery as an adult and leaving away from home. I was nervous about it but staff here make feel really comfortable & confident about the surgery. Nurse Becky was took really good care of me. Absolutely brilliant service. Thank you.

Very friendly and informative staff from outpatients to surgery. as a day patient where I was very well looked after and kept very well informed as my op was delayed. I was then seen by Jason physiotherapist on a regular basis. Jason was extremely calm and patient answering my questions and explaining the exercises for me to do at home. Each appointment was started and finished  on time, always emailing the next group of exercises, which really helped to keep me focused on following his advice. I certainly thank Jason so much .nHe should really be praised highly for his total professionalism throughout.

My physio at the Sloane has helped me recover well and quickly from a total knee replacement in Nov 23. I am walking normally and almost pain free. Jason was professional and caring and regularly updated my exercises to keep my progress on track. An excellent experience

Fantastic treatment from arrival to departure. Procedure went well and all the staff were very professional and friendly. The recovery room nurses and Clare on the ward took great care of me too
