Paid $15.50 for a shower that was TINY. I could get over that fact, but there was literal wads of hair on the floor and the toilet was covered in a layer of fuzz and dust that no doubt came from the fan. The fan was coated so heavily in dust that there was NO air and ABSOLUTELY NO ventilation. On top of all that, my husband had to argue with one of the cashiers for me to be able to get a towel for my shower. After she FINALLY decided I could have one, she didn't even bother giving me a wash cloth. As a truckers wife I realize we gotta make the best with what we're dealt out here, but I STRONGLY recommend skipping a shower here!
- Different from most of the comments here i had a good experience. Cashiers and shower cleaning people were nice, parking was full but I waited about 20 min then a truck came out and I got a free parking for the night almost paid for it LOL showers are mid/ small sized but had remodeling and looks good , pumps are dirt like every TA got to the conclusion that the pumps problems are the disrespectful users  country Pride is closed. - Like the reviews and follow me for more. -Have a good day. Ok make me understand this. We fuel here and buy food here also we pay showers is all business. But you are make all your parking not to mention only 15 parkings are not reserved. All your parking is reserved for 22 dollars for each parking. People are complaining shower is dirty. At least make the shower clean and make some of your reserved parking free because is business.
On 1/6/23 at around 11pm I stopped in looking for specific items. The two ladies working were so helpful, keep these two and treat them right. I drive by all of the time and never stop, I will now because of them. Not on their phones like I see so many places, but came out from behind the counter and helped me find my items. Excellent service.
Smaller location fairly clean for the most part . The hey do have a Amazon pick up box up front so that is a plus
95% of parking is reserved one night is 22$ there manager is rude. What I hell is going this place I Fuel over 500$ + place 40 food and 22$ parking it will be my last day.
It's a business!!! Quit complaining about paid parking. If people picked up after themselves and actually appreciated the services AND showed some respect, MAYBE this industry wouldn't be as bad as it is. Didn't happen overnight folks. Trash places and you get punished. FACTS. I can't believe it took this long for TA/Petros to deal with it. There are ways to deal with things. On site management, corporate, etc. Instead of letting your complaining fall on deaf ears reviews, SPEAK to a person.
I've driven a truck 25 years and don't say this lightly. This is hands down, the worst TA I've ever pulled into !! Pay to park?? Ok, I'm not thrilled but that's the way of it nowadays. But, what does your $22 dollars get you?? The restaurant is closed, the Men's room smells so bad you can't stand in it long enough to use it. The price gouging is sinful, $7.50, almost 8 bucks for a jug of washer fluid!! Do better !! I won't be back.
Comically sad as this place has to be one of the worst truckstops in the country. Entire pothole filled parking lot is reserved. T/A's across the country are relying more on this income as their restaurants have become laughable if they're even open. Good job T/A!! Stick it to the customers who keep you in business. Restrooms and showers also don't clean themselves in case you haven't noticed, which apparently you haven't.
Their truck service sucks. I needed to clear some codes on a 2022 Volvo. They couldn’t even see the codes on their computer all day. I have to go to Vova and they still charge me for not doing anything. Just hooking up to my truck. Definitely don’t recommend.
