James Hughes offer an outstanding service and I would not hesitate to recommend them. From start to finish, all staff were kind and efficient and they went out of their way to help and accommodate all of my requests. Sian and Lucy in the office were absolutely lovely and were always on the end of the phone for any questions and queries. With regards to Suzanne, the funeral director, words cannot describe the professionalism, respect and kindness she showed to myself and my whole family on the day of the funeral. I will be forever grateful to the whole team.
From our first visit to discuss our requirements for a direct Cremation to having my mum's ashes interred everything was perfect. A very caring company much appreciated by the family
Gave an extremely professional service from first contact to the last. We were treated with a great deal of empathy, respect and care, nothing was too much trouble, and everything was explained to us in full detail.
