My wife passed away January 2021 Roberts Brothers were excellent in there organisation and worked with me on every detail of the funeral i would highly recommend them to anyone they are excellent, they will be doing mine when it's my time.
My mother sadly passed away before Christmas and we didn’t even have a funeral directors when it happened. Robert bros we’re attentive and were prompt in helping us at such short notice. From the organising to the funeral itself they made the process as easy as possible, they made sure everything was covered and we didn’t need to worry about a thing. The funeral was lovely and their professionalism and concern throughout and having that personal touch and made all the difference. I would recommend them a million times over.
After my beloved mother, Hazel Davies’ sudden passing aged 77 on Friday 18th December 2020 we had to make a decision that we didn’t think we would have to make for another fifteen years or so in hiring funeral directors. After attending another funeral earlier in 2020, we hired the same Funeral Directors as that particular family did as we felt from what we saw that day we remembered them to be ostensibly good. I must say it was a wise decision that my family made to hire Roberts Brothers as they are compassionate, understanding, highly professional, efficient, extremely easy to deal with thus making an awful situation more bearable. All staff we have dealt with are absolutely fantastic, highly compassionate whilst displaying a great knowledge of their profession. They deserve to be highly commended. From start to finish dealing with them regarding my Ma’s funeral arrangements have been totally stress and anxiety free. They have also displayed great patience with me on the phone or in person with my autism with none of our many queries regarding arrangements being any bother to them.
Cant thank them enough for the help and comfort they gave us during our time of need. Looked after our late mother brilliantly & any changes that were asked were efficiently dealt with. Thanks to Phil & the team.
From start to finish these were absolutely outstanding for the help and support for our beautiful niece Lottie-Mai funeral yesterday. Couldn't thank you enough. Phil was fantastic with us. With helping me to meet Lottie-Mai on the Saturday and to sorting everything from the horse and carriage. Just a truly outstanding company. A**** all round. Thank you
Roberts Bros services came highly recommended and they certainly lived up to it. From being available 24hrs a day to advice on the structuring of the service itself. I'd would have been lost without their help and support. I couldnt praise Phil and his staff any more. highly. Thank you.

It is impossible to recommend Roberts Bros highly enough. Following the sudden death of my Husband at home my Daughters and I were in a spin not knowing where to start. Following a phone call for a recommendation we rang the above and from that moment on they not only took care of all the necessary formalities and personal touches they took care of us the bereaved Family with such care and kindness. Cannot praise Richard enough for the service he provided us from start to finish at this sad time. He personally made this difficult experience so much easier to deal with by his caring professional attitude and commitment towards the family. My family and I would like to take this opportunity to thank and praise Robert's Bros as a business and as individual's. Any death is traumatic but the caring and professional way in which they deal with the family of bereaved is fantastic. Without their help my mother would have struggled to deal with the events as they unfolded. They offer one of the most professional services I have ever come accross, thank you Richard.
