i wouldn’t use this shop. they say you should support your local businesses. well they deserve to lose customers. my club bought a football kit with numbers and sponsor. but the shorts i got were to big so i asked them to change for smaller size. but i had a match but didn’t have shorts as they wasn’t arriving on time. so i purchased online elsewhere. when shorts from shop arrived i asked if i could have a refund or better still order something completely different and dearer and take off the difference with the shorts. i was told no i can’t do that has shorts were ordered in. they wouldn’t refund and wanted me to except the shorts. and the guy in the shop and the cheek to ask did i still want to order the other item. well he poke them where the sun don’t shine. and i should report the shop to the consumer rights.
10 weeks late for kids football kits, No reply from emails or DM’s.. Would never recommend!
Great service and great quality, went above and beyond with customer service, would recommend to anyone, our kids loved the new kits.
Terrible customer service. Waited over 5 weeks for my order, no communication from the store. Rude staff on the phone. Will not be using again
