This is the best tackle shop I've ever visited. Friendly staff and well organized shelves with lots of stock. There's a great range of frozen baits for most kind of predators. Now there's a great range of air rifles, pistols and other accessories. Worth visiting.
Excellent service and very polite and knowledgeable personnel. Most products are modestly priced and of great quality. I highly recommend this store, it shines above all other angling outlets. As for the pike gags I'm reading about, not good but that does not stop me from awarding 5 stars.
Used to be an amazing shop couldnt fault it until when i visited today. Massive gaps in the shelves.since i last visited the amount of stock and its quality also decreased. It is still a good shop but since the fancy dress and haloween store opened its not so great
An Aladin's cave for anglers of all diciplines. Floor area has reduced since they opened the party shop and hunting sections. Shelves had lots of gaps but I went on a Monday so perhaps had not been restocked after very good weather at the weekend. Staff are excellent and truly know their stuff. You may pay a little bit more than the cheapest you can find things for on line, but the advice and knowledge is worth it if you need help.
I visit this store at least 8 times a month. Good range of bait/terminal Tackle , rods reels. Very friendly skilful staff. & good savings. Brilliant.
Supposed to be the largest uk tackle store don’t stock trakker bivies or Aqua not even got shimano carp reels in stock poor excuse for a tackle shop advise Johnson Ross at least they stock the main carp fishing brands
very very good shop with great displays....a little pricey but consider there overheads and bang ....id always buy here ...thanks again gone fishing
Fisherman's heaven - if you can't buy it here you definitely don't need it. Tea and coffee available for the mrs while you browse. Staff are all keen anglers and know their stuff if you need help
Great selection for all types of fishing. Much better than Internet shopping. It's good to see and touch to help make your selection.
Very disappointed on my last visits never had what I was after. Lots of empty spaces where there is no stock or it hasn't been ordered. Shop is always being moved around to make it seem they have got more than they have. It was always my first point of call but not anymore I have found somewhere else and on the rare occasion they haven't got what I am after it is always there in 24 hours!!
