I've commuted through Swindon station for seven years now. Customer information is appalling, reaction to train problems is none existent, customers have at times known more about delays than the staff, the toilets smell as though they've never been cleaned (new ones going in at the moment so maybe that'll change). Three of the staff are helpful, the rest, including the manager, are miserable jobsworths. If you have to come through Swindon station, hope it goes smoothly - any delays and you'll suffer the anguish of the damned.
