Wiltshire Council

They do their best with what they have, they them selves have limited money and they do what they can with what they have. i have lived here for several years and have had no problem. the area is kept clean and tidy, and very presentable. and when i have had to ring them, they are always very polite and efficient. the gentleman on here stated that you have to wait 45 mins before the phone is answered, well, they are very busy answering other peoples questions and dealing with jobs that need doing, and that must have been a bad day, as whenever i have had to ring, they usually do within a few mins. perhaps this person needs to reajust their 'pride' so that it makes them go out to work, not just so they dont claim 'dole' (sorry, rant over)

rubbish service colerne does not have a bus service to chippenham the roads are a disgrace street lights are turned off at nights the council tax reduction scheme is a way to keep people struggling as i dont claim any dole as its my pride not to claim it as im no leach to this system like others who have everything rammed where the sun dont shine i live on just over 300 pounds a month after iv paid gas electric and food iv nothing left then the ballifs turn up to remove my goods for council tax which i cant afford to pay it as iv no money to pay it you phone chippenham council tax dept and you have to wait long waiting time before someone answers your call i was on the phone 45 mins today and still i didnt get to speak to anyone NORTH WILTSHIRE DISTRICT COUNCIL WANTS PEOPLE WITH NO MONEY TO STARVE SO THE GET THERE COUNCIL TAX IF I HAD THE MONEY I WOULD PAY IT AS I HAVE NO MONEY I CANT BUT THEY DONT CARE HOW PEOPLE ARE STRUGGLING TO SURVIVE THEY JUST WANT THERE MONEY FOR RUBBISH SERVICES
