Worst taxi ride ever!!! For starters he turned up late, he then proceeded to belittle us; swearing and making obnoxiously, sexual comments. He took a very long winded route to increase his earnings. When I take a taxi I expect to feel safe! I have never felt so uncomfortable, I'm just glad I wasn't alone... oh and his name was Andy!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. In all my experience of dealing with taxi companies (drivers and dispatchers) I have never come across a woman so rude, self righteous and arrogant in my life, when calling for a taxi she made it feel as if they were doing you a favour not that they was providing a service. She needs some customer service training and to talk to people in a way she would want to be spoken to. Would never use again.

Waiting a hour for a taxi for them I tell me it will be 5 more minute then after 20 minutes ring them back for them to tell me 5 more minute after another 10 minutes the taxi finally arrived stinking of marijuana and the taxi driver says it must be some dodgy passengers... would. It recommend

If I could I would give them 0 stars! Firstly, the lady in reception is one of the rudest person I have spoken to in my life! She acts like if she's doing us a favour! Secondly, they are just after your money! If you take your car to get a quote they are also going to charge you for the quote! Awful dishonest people, stay away!

I wouldn’t touch this firm with a barge pole! They have an aggressive dispatch lady and an irate and condescending ‘manager’. To be blatantly lied to is one thing but to do it repeatedly is another! If you’re in Norfolk and need a taxi then do yourself a favour and do not touch this firm! You’ll only regret it when you see the state of their fleet and their drivers! A truly atrocious service!
