Excellent service, often book a  taxi at short notice and get picked up quickly. Nice big clean cars, can't fault them.

we had a very pleasant set of 3 drivers pick us up at exactly the right time and then collect us promptly at the right time even though we changed it to an earlier time than originally booked and only gave them one hours notice

would recommend them as they kept you aware of what was happening at all times

1 stare is to many.  Booked a taxi for a pickup at 12.30 a.m wasn't told when booked the cab that we would have to walk 3/4 from the venue to meet the taxi at the main road.  Taxi didn't turn up, when we called we were told that the cab had left as we were late, which we weren't.  Gold line didn't call us  to say the cab had arrived, as it did when Gold line took us to the venue. Andrew the radio controller kept promising to send a cab  but didn't, he got very abusive, so we were left in the middle of no where with no way to get back to our hotel for over an hour!!!
We finally managed to get PJ Cabs to come out.  
I am totally disgusted at the way we were treated and the service we received.
