Our driver Jamie was great. Coming back from the airport he carried luggage for us, made sure we were all good for food/toilet breaks and was just a lovely person. Even declined when we tried to give him a tip after the journey.
Cheap taxi service from Yarmouth sea front to the train station, think it only charged me £5 which I found really fair. They had taxis available on the day and the lady on the phone was really nice and sent a text confirmation when I had it booked in. Would use again if I go to Yarmouth again
Booked a taxi 30 mins before my train time. It was meant to be a 10 minute drive so I thought i picked a safe time. Taxi only became available 20 minutes later than I had booked. Extremely rude operator who hung up on me after stating “well i cant control traffic can i”. Well dont accept the job if you cant provide the service you offered?
We traveled from seashore haven site to Britannia piar through the companies app, booked and paid for, a short trip that has cost is no more than £6 previously. Dispatcher called to confirm first pick up point as difficulty locating us through the app and The drivers were ok, arrived promptly to the pick up points and were safe. On both trips the meters both showed just over £6 for the trip, so imagine my surprise when the bank tells me that a paid £8.60 and £9.20.
Not using Albies again. Booked weeks in advance for a 6.15pm pickup from great yarmouth to filby. Turned up at 6.50pm. Not great start, made us late for dinner. Booked again in advance for 9pm pick up from filby back to Great Yarmouth. Turned up.....you guessed it, 9.30pm So, that's 3 customers who won't ever use Albies again. Really poor show and unprofessional all round. Angry as it spoilt a 60th birthday party. Albies should be ashamed, don't take bookings you can't commit to. Edit: thanks for responding, but I see little point emailing to explain further. Short story is taxis were booked many weeks in advance for 6.30 and 9.00pm. the destination was filby bridge restaurant, of course we were going for a meal. Even called the day prior to confirm the bookings and was advised that you would be busy so to move the 6.30 to 6.15 which I did! You still didn't rock up until 6.50 after being chased up at 6.45. Even asked the driver on the outward journey to confirm with the office that the 9pm would be on time which he said he'd do. Still the 9pm was half hour late. Evening ruined really. Easier to forego a drink and just drive myself next time.
If 0 could be an option we would take it! We had pre booked a taxi a few weeks in advance for tonight at 10.30pm it’s a Friday we booked it from Caldecott Hall to gorleston which is a bit out, there was an accident on the road which took us a detour on the way which added 10 mins. The Taxi collected us at 11.40!! We called numerous times and they said they would be there in 10 mins not over an hours wait! It totally ruined our night. We won’t book with this company again! Such a shambles! The man that turned up said that this was his first job and wasn’t sent at 10.30 as planned and had no clue when he collected us!
Used loads of times and been really good service, on time and friendly staff. Phoned up today and the man who answered the phone was very rude and was not nice and polite like the normal staff. All good apart from that

I was staying at the premier and two other taxi firms that we had used for four days didn't have drivers apparently to take us and our luggage a short distance to the train station where we were in a booked train. Thank god we had 1, left with time to spare and 2, the fellow holiday maker that gave us Albies number which came almost straight away and was cheaper than the taxis we had previously used . We had a very nice and helpful driver called Luca and both myself , my sister and my 6 year old great nephew would like to thank him
We got a taxi home from Gt Yarmouth last night 13 miles. The driver was nice and his driving safe but when the fair came to £53 we were absolutely gobsmacked! It cost £40 on the way there using another company. I realise fuel is expensive but the taxi was a hybrid. I feel robbed. In future I’ll stick to going out in Norwich where you can get a cab home for £20 9 miles.
