Wouldn't even give them 1star what a joke of a company , ordered a taxi for a later time didn't turn up and they couldn't even answer my 15 calls

Slight delay on answering the phone but fast helpful. The service was spot on and fairly priced.

Terrible service, called a taxi in advance due to past experience of late arrival. It’s a late evening, I called the operator to ask where the driver was and he’d already left and had taken other people. Appalling service, rather than offer another driver the operator hung up! Disgusting, no consideration of people’s saftey! 
Won’t be using again.

I booked a cab yesterday, for a journey this evening. It was a very special evening as I intended to propose to my partner. I spoke to the lady at Swift's office and specifically asked her to give our driver the address of the restaurant we were going to as I wanted it to be a nice surprise. We weren't travelling too far (Ashton-Stockport). The driver arrived on time and then proceeded to get lost, missing turns and going round roundabouts multiple times because of his incompetence. He blamed the sat nav, but why would a driver from Ashton get lost in Stockport....  After we got completely lost for a considerable amount of time, we asked him to drop us at the train station in Stockport, knowing we could get a cab from there, in the hope that the next driver would know where he was going. After this complete mess the driver still wanted me to pay £20 for this failed service. I was stunned he still wanted me to pay for making me late, having to get another taxi because he was incompetent at his job and spoiling what was planned to be a very special night. Avoid this taxi firm if you've got anything special to do and you actually intend to get there.
