Started off with good service to take my son to school in the morning. However, as time went on, the service declined. The taxi was continuously late in the morning & the staff became rude and unhelpful. There was supposed to be a password on the job, which was used for a while, until they denied there ever was one & that they would not issue one, despite me having the audio recording of them recommending it and agreeing to the password I had put on there. They became rude and unhelpful, so I canceled our business with them. I would avoid.

Driver was very rude. I got into the car, smiling and saying hi, the very first thing he said to me was ‘Whose paying for your fare?’ I understand for a 17 year old I look younger but when I said myself, the driver demanded £15 up front. I refused and he set off, with head phones in on the phone. He refused to take them out even when I said I do not feel safe. He ignored the directions from the Sat Nav then got lost and asked me for directions. Definitely wouldn’t use again.

Just watched one of their cars p420 speed past us on an out side lane an cut up us and 3 other motors. I won't ever be calling this company. Stay safe and call another firm guys

Worst taxi company in Tameside need a taxi use Stamford! The rudest phone staff with rubbish communication skills, stinky attitude and absolutely zero manners

Phone staff very rude, my driver had said he’d already picked me up from my address when he had not and I was waiting outside for the taxi to arrive, meaning I had to wait for another cab to arrive making me very late to college, always use radio cabs very disappointed will have to start looking for another taxi service to use in the area
