Used my phone in dukinfield to order taxi home and got to my destination got inside my house and no phone and the taxi hasn’t found my phone but it’s the last place I had it and I phoned and no phones handed in and I’m still active on Facebook after being offline tbh I think liars or thieves one of them
I rang this morning 9am to book a taxi for 4.15pm over 7 hours notice still not arrived So I called the taxi company up and he said will be about half hour I was really angry and said why so long he replied no driver in your area so I said that’s a pathetic excuse you have had all day to make sure someone is available in my area and you still haven’t sorted it just went quiet and said no driver in the area sorry so now I have to make other arrangements and am going to be late for my own 30th party!!!
Booked a taxi at 14:25 for a train at 14:43, they didn't dispatch a taxi 14:32 and had to cancel at 14:40 as still wasn't here. Unreliable, no wonder everyone uses Uber now.
Radio Cabs is the best taxi service in Ashton. They allow dogs if you ask and youll never be waiting more than 20 minutes. One came in 30 seconds once. Drivers are all really friendly too, great company!
Rang today to see why the taxi was taking so long, The operator said most off our drivers are doing there midday prays and that I should have respect. I never disrespected in the first place! Most off the drivers a very nice actually. Too bad the same can't be said for the staff on the phone.
Amazing service!!! Me and two other friend’s were at Asda, Ashton and the rain started chucking down so we decided to get a taxi instead of walking to Tameside College. Driver drives a Black Vauxhall Vectra, and was very friendly and made us feel safe! This is what a taxi service should be like every time and I will be defiantly using you services again!!
I ordered at mini bus for a double pram at quarter past 3, they sent a saloon car. I rang them back explained that I had my daughters parents evening at 4, they said they would be there in time. They wasnt I've missed my daughters parents evening, fuming isnt the word. We waited an hour for the right vehicle to turn up and not only that we missed my nephews 2nd birthday because we wasnt there in time!
Use Uber or use another taxi service this company is a disgrace! Ordered a taxi in advance they accept the booking with several hours notice then 45 minutes after the agreed time, after being lied to twice they still haven't arrived. We used Uber. They don't apologise because obviously they think they have the advantage, but they don't, there are other options inc Uber so good luck with 90s customer service skills it's 2018. What a bunch of fools.
