If I could give this company more than 5* I would do! Absolutely the best out there! Have totally gone above and beyond for me with my mum being in a leg restricting wheelchair at the minute, worked with me to sort the transport out to get her to her hospital appointments, drivers have been so helpful getting her in and out for me, when you ring nothing is too much trouble for them and if they can’t do something they tell you straight away and come up with alternatives. This company has made an awful situation so much easier for us, they are absolute angels
Used a taxi to deliver some boxes to North Tyneside. Good price, prompt, no bother. Used Stamford previously over the years, usually to catch trains- and always found operator and drivers, very good - with no faffing on. Highly recommend.

Booked a taxi the day before didn’t even turn up don’t use them totally useless
I pre booked a taxi three days in advance to ensure I had a car to get my family to a funeral. Ten minutes before the car was due, I received a phone call telling me that they couldn’t get me a car. I would never use this firm again. Truly unprofessional and unreliable.
I ordered a taxi from here because the reviews said the vehicles were clean, however, the one I got wasn't at all clean, in fact it was disgusting and smelled like it hadn't been cleaned for a long time. It was so bad I ended the journey before my final destination, and walked the rest of the way despite the weather being cold and very windy. I specifically told the receptionist I wanted to pay by card, but as soon as I got in the taxi the driver tried to take me to a cash machine because he didn't take cards. When I said I needed to get out then suddenly he changed his mind and said that I could pay by card after all, which was extremely disingenuous. I will never use this taxi service again and advise you to avoid it. I've avoided Uber to date as I've been trying to support local businesses, but I'm so sick of getting in filthy taxis that I'm been driven to try them!
Came as expected very early morning. The driver was very helpful The vehicle was a little difficult to get in and out
