I cannot thank Nicki enough for the support and professionalism of the entire sale. She treated us as if we were part of her family and we are grateful for all the support she gave. When we came across hurdles, it was sorted straight away and from start to finish it was a pleasure to deal with her and her team. We would highly recommend Nicki to everyone, she gives 110% all the time.
Fantastic service from Nikki and her team. Nikki explained everything. In advance. The costs were also very reasonable. So professional and polite went over and beyond in getting my house sold. She kept me updated throughout. My house was sold on the first day of viewing which was amazing thanks to her hard work. You can tell that Nikki is very experienced as everything was handled with no issues. One of the best estate agents I have come across. If you want your house sold by professionals at a great cost then Swift Moves have been amazing. Highly recommend exceptional service. 5 * Thank you Nikki.
Rude, arrogant and racist. I was asked where I was from and if I was bringing my accent with me. I was denied a viewing as a cash buyer wanting to move quickly but was told as there was so much interest in the property they couldn't fit me in. However when my friend called to make an appointment for the same property immediately after me she was given an appointment that afternoon. No wonder the property has been on the market for so long. I would definitely not recommend
Brilliant service over the past 12 years whilst renting a property out. Everything that was ever needed was sorted quickly. Decided to sell the property recently and again a superb service. House sold within a few days. Thankyou Nicki and all staff.
Mum hasn't got google account do I'm posting for her! Lovely staff. When Nikki was not there the staff were very helpful. Easy to get hold of always kept in contact by email and phone. Nicky and her colleagues have gone over and above in our search for a rental property. She has displayed professionalism of the highest quality and has taken onboard all of our needs.
