.Plush Estate Agents is a truly independent boutique estate agent serving Llanelli and its surrounding areas. Our aim is to deliver a personal level of service not found within larger agencies.
We provide sales, lettings and property management services on property throughout Llanelli - offering buyers, sellers and landlords alike a personal, professional and informed service.
Our agents combine over 20 years of experience in national firms. Our intimate knowledge of the local market allows us to deliver a bespoke service which comes from living, working and raising a family in the Llanelli area.

I have used plush to let my property for three years and I would not trust anybody else with my home! Hayley and her team are always helpful and made sure the house was immaculate when my tenants left! All queries have always been dealt with straight away and my property has been managed professionally and with care. I would highly recommend plush to any potential landlord as the process from start to finish when my tenants left has been completely flawless and stress free. I am now using plush as an estate agent and again the customer service is outstanding, I am always kept in the loop about viewings and receive instant feedback, and am confident that my property is being marketed by a well managed and competent team.

Been with Plush since 2013 as a tenant and they can't be beaten. Best estate agents this side of Cardiff. Great customer service from a team that's willing to go the extra mile to help you. Highly recommend if your thinking of renting in Llanelli or Swansea.

My husband and I getting into property development , and Hayley and her team gave us some really good advice about what to look out for and avoid. I would have no hesitation in recommending Plush. Need something done? Don't let with plush estate agents Need help or advice about the property? Don't ask plush they don't have a clue, also that's only if you can get through to them on the phone! Which is never.... Want to arrange a viewing? Don't do it with plush, that will show up an hour late, that's if they do show up and haven't forgotten.  Basically me and my partner went to view a house. We showed up 15 minutes early to be respectable. We then recieved a phone call half an hour after the viewing was arranged and me and my partner had been waiting outside trying to get hold of them, they called to say they had forgotten and the woman who phoned was rather nice and polite and said there was no one else in the office and everyone had forgotten we were going to view the property. The woman then explained that she was going to lock up the shop to show us around fair enough After the poor woman showed up after being flustered in the office having to sort out everything she showed us around. If it wasn't as nice a house as it was, we would've left plush where they were. But no we fell in love with the house! It was perfect for are little family so we asked if we could pay by credit card, they said yes. So we paid the £250 admin fees later explained to us it was no longer £250 after we paid but now only £200 Then they said no it is illegal to use credit cards for down payment. So because they had said yes then and now changed their mind we wanted are money back. They then said yes we will call you tomorrow... Then tomorrow came... no tomorrow..... Trying to get in touch but they were ignoring us,..... months down the line finally they answered then recognised who we were and hung up the phone! HOW RUDE! We also found out that when we paid the money, they had already handed the property over to a different estate agent!  Save yourselves Never go through Plush

I have used Plush Lettings for a number of years and I am highly delighted with their services. The fact that they soley deal in lettings gives me more confidence that my properties will be let quickly with a reputable tenant which is essential for my business. Hayley and her team have a friendly professional approach with an excellent rapport with tenants and landlords alike.

Plush Lettings have been a brilliant agency to work with. I have a variety of properties in different towns and cities and they are easily the best. They are fair to the tenants and keep me as a landlord doing the right things. Can fault Halyley and the team. My previous agent had been extremely unprofessional leaving me with a a large bill, Hayley sorted the issue out and ever since has delivered what she promised. 10/10.

Brilliant agency - straight talking Hayley knows the market very well and knows her stuff with the lettings industry -  they go that extra mile to help - I have rented a property from this agency while building  and used them as a landlord and found them to be very proactive,honest and extremely efficient - repairs were always reported  to the landlord and conducted by good workmen .  Hayley gave me access to her maintenance team who were so competitive , honest and reliable - very hard working .  I am currently selling my mums house which has been a big issue due to probate but again I have found them great.  Thank you Hayley and Leanne for the fab  service I am looking forward to working with you again soon . Olivia and Luke

Never have I ever dealt with such a poor estate agent called hayley!! Lie after lie after lie! not even got the decency to return calls and tell the truth! Stay away at all costs as they talk the talk but my god can't walk the walk! this company makes bookings for you don't even tell you and don't even bother turning up with the client! Very embarrassing! Clients turn up to view your property and the estate agent when rang has gone on holiday with out letting  either client know

I was recommended to Plush by a friend and i have received nothing but positive feedback from the girls and they always do all they can to get suitable tenants for my property. I could't use anyone else now as they know what i am after and they always deliver this.  Well done team...keep it up!!!

Superb company. Who needs high street agents when we have this hidden Gem?! Honest, hard working and pro-active. They email me in the evenings out of working hours as I live abroad. Anyone wanting to rent their property go straight to Plush Estate Agents!
