I have rented from Dragon Lettings for close to 2 years and can't recommend them highly enough. Victoria and team are empathetic, friendly, responsive and very professional. This gave me a lot of peace of mind during my stay as any concerns raised were always dealt with promptly. Everything, from safety inspections to any maintenance work, is carried out smoothly without any hassle to the tenants. I have seen the hard work and long hours Victoria puts in to deliver such exceptional service. She also has an excellent team for promptly doing any maintenance work that may arise. I would encourage anyone looking to rent in this area to contact them as the service they provide is outstanding - I personally think it's the best there is.
I have used Victoria & Janet for 15 years to let my flat. I’m now in process of selling. They have always been a perfect agent & frequently assisted me. I can not recommend them highly enough.
Dragon Lettings has been the best letting agent I could've hoped to have. It was my first experience of renting a property and they made the whole process very easy from the start to the end of my tenancy. If I had any issues they were quick to resolve it. Victoria and the team are very friendly and they made me feel comfortable and safe in my home. I can safely say I would return for their excellent service and professionalism.
I was a tenant with Dragon Residential lettings for almost three years and found them to be absolutely fantastic. The staff are welcoming, helpful and professional at all times, even out of hours. For a first time renter I was relieved to see how seriously Dragon Residential lettings took matters of safety with the regular safety checks that were carried out. The property was lovely and the neighbours friendly and quiet. I would definitely recommend Dragon Residential lettings to anyone looking to rent a property.
We used Dragon Lettings after using other letting agents to manage our property. Victoria, Andy and team are first class professionals. We knew our property was in safe hands. Big difference to other letting agents in the area. They offered advice on the property and if anything needed doing always had a handy portfolio of reliable professionals who were also reasonably priced. We didn't experience difficulties with any tenants and the rent was always received on time. Absolutely fantastic service ! Having experienced the worst from Plush Lettings see my review who incidentally are still trading as PLS group operating from the industrial estate just outside Llanelli when I last received information I am now reassured that there are letting agents out there who offer a professional, value for money service. Victoria is the epitome of professionalism . I cannot fault the service I have received . I am an experienced landlady and would recommend and indeed , absolutely encourage any existing and potential landlords/landladies to use Dragon Lettings
Really great service from a professional and friendly team. Dragon Letting has managed my property over the last 3 years. What can I say.about Dragon residential . Great service with a smile .the team looked after me all the way with the renting of a property and opening of gas and electricity and water accounts with a property check during the tenancy. If you had any problems they are there straight away with any issues you may have. I was in a property for a year and cannot fault them even with the ending of the tenancy as it all went like clock work. So a big well done to you all at dragons residential for putting my mind at ease. Regards Frank
