Order my desert's and they never arrived, had to call the shop and ask what was going on and then they told me was a problem with just eat and they couldn't find a driver? And they told me we done Ur food tho so hopefully won't be long, and I said, well when gets here it's gonna be cold and all the girl on the phone said was she couldn't do anything about it and started laughing! Not professional at all!So why be on just eat if u can't even get the drivers to deliver Ur food? Nearly two hours waiting and in the end had to cancel my order! I don't recommend at all! Avoid these premises!

I messaged Sweet Dreams Desserts about bringing a group of 20 to their shop, they replied very quickly and reserved the tables for us. We had a great night, all the staff there were lovely, especially Dina,  great customer service and great desserts that looked beautiful! Everyone loved them! I would definitely go again to try more of their extensive menu!

Travelled all the way from Warwick to try this! Thanks to TikTok! We ordered the lotus milkshake which was 10/10, probably the best shake iv ever had, worth every penny. We also had the pistachio tiramisu… 6/10, don’t really see the hype and extremely over priced for what it is. Unfortunately they didn’t have any Dubai chocolates dupes and we were told to wait 30 mins but we couldn’t wait that long. The staff were very kind and lovely. Would love to come back and maybe try something else. Definitely recommend the lotus milkshake!

Dined at the restaurant and ordered a chocolate coma waffle sandwich. The waffles weren’t warm even though they were freshly made and the chocolate sauce was bland, poor quality. Overall taste was poor and quality was not great. Lack of flavour overall didn’t feel like I was eating chocolate coma! Everything was below average, pretty poor for a dessert shop.

lovely customer service banana milkshake a bit strong but really nice can’t wait to try the cheesecake when i get home 100% be coming back if i ever get the chance again  Parking: be careful of the loading bay next to it

cookie dough “half n half” was super thin and tasted sandy. the karak chai was watery and tasted like it was made with a tea bag. Hot chocolate is equally watery. belgian waffle “chocolate coma” was nice but the brownie pieces on top were stale. wouldn’t recommend. staff are kind but dessert is below standard.

Disappointed at the service. Had to wait for 30 minutes for a one scoop vanilla ice cream when more fancier dessert orders on the same table came way quicker. When we went to check on the ice cream cone the waitress got annoyed. Same waitress came back several times with items no longer available and asking us to repeat orders. And our order wasn't complete till the end so we just gave up.  What just happened to this place? Covid-19 wise, we saw people being sat at tables without having been cleaned in-between customers. Staff in contact with customers didn't wear masks. Used to rate this place very highly! Please note the quality of food served was impeccable. My issue is with a fall in standards regarding service and questionable Covid-19 safety measures. Will think twice before coming back. :
