Got my coffee order wrong, won't accept the Starbucks app payment or scanning and do not have all the vegan options most locations provide. That being said, the staff is very nice
Nice small Starbucks counter with the same service as the big one. They always have a nice staff that serve you with smile even its busy sometimes. Have a good Cakes and sandwich options.

There’s a huge difference between the tastes and looks of coffee prepared by different staff, almost like different brands.
Quality of the coffee is not bad, but waiting times are often very long. Plenty of other better coffee places on campus.
The one at the Pavilion, University of Birmingham. A franchise so doesn't accept the Starbucks card! Other than that it's ok! Close to bypass entrance to the campus.
They seem to disregard the milk lines in the cup when preparing iced drinks.Food: 1/5
Small café inside Birmingham Business School, University of Birmingham. Serves Starbucks drinks along with sandwiches, paninis, jacket potatoes, pasties and Chinese meals. Also cold drinks, cakes, crisps and chocolate. Next to the Business Lounge where there is plenty of seating, or you can sit outside on the terrace. Open during term time only.
Its a Starbucks, nothing particularly special about it. Service was quite quick. On Birmingham Uni campus.Food: 4/5
Great place to get a bit of work done. Bit busy at times probably to do with lectures finishing/starting but service was fairly quick regardless.
