This s a lovely Cafe Nero set in the heart of Birmngham overlooking St Philip's Square with all the lovely trees Cathedral to look at as folk go by. A spacious cafe and comfy seating too. Go and enjoy.

My favourite! Staff is very good ! Coffee is amazing .

Visited today at 1pm, lady with the blue hair handled an incredibly rude customer well. Didn't deserve to be spoken to like that but she acted professional. Great service to us too, hope the rude man has a terrible day.

Maybe update your opening hours? Yesterday I travelled to city centre just to grab a coffee on a day off as Google showed it's open on Saturdays- completely wasted my time. Just a sign on the door saying it's closed on weekends

Really tasty coffee.  Staff really friendly. Covid-19 precautions and systems in place and working well.

Clean branch, friendly staff and good quality coffee. Standard Cafe Nero. Can't go wrong.
