What discusting service in Sweaty Betty Beaconsfield this morning-I bought a navy trousers and light green sweatshirt which were in perfect condition but when I got home the sweatshirt that was packed was SO wrinkled I don't know if I can ever wear it. I had refused a black wrinkled trousers in the shop! As far as I'm concerned this is fraudulent selling. I had wanted to wear the top tonight!! B. Lewis but my niece bought them for me. How embarrassing for her when I unpacked it.
5 star service from Eva, I was in a rush as my car parking ticket was due to expire, luckily Eva was extremely efficient and knowledgable and I went away feeling very happy with my purchases. Many thanks, will defo be returning to the Beaconsfield SB branch.
