Bought a football table for my nephews and they are very happy with it. Highly recommended retailer!!!
All very good - until you have a problem. £600 running machine stopped working 5th Nov - now 5th Feb still not repaired. Sweatband just pass the book and blame their supplier. No refund, No replacement despite me asking. Awful customer service.........
Was supposed to be next day delivery and over a week later I was still chasing where my item was to then be told they had lost it and was now out of stock. Absolute shambles really wouldn't waste your time!
Orderd a BBE folding punch bag stand. Was kept updated with the while delivery which was great. Item arrived promptly. Had a question regarding parts and the customer service team responded back to my email right away. Will definitely use sweatband again..
