Nice gym. Friendly staff. Has a number of studios with fixed weights, free weights, cardio, and more . Good for fitness classes and playing squash. Close to UCL hospital and the main UCL campus.
Now closed permanently. Small gym for the staff of UCLH and other NHS-linked local employers. Lacks a few of the luxury touches you get at a more commercial gym, but costs less too. They have a weights room and one squash court. Sadly, there seems to be no prospect of their pretty little swimming pool being renovated and put back into use.
Friendly, helpful staff. Seating area could do with a clean and brightening up a little. Vending machine on site. Not wheelchair friendly as you have to go down a rather steep set of steps to enter I'm only 47yrs old but I make sure I hold on to the railings when I'm entering!
A spacious and well lit room with a small cafe/ bar type thing. I would sya it's aimed more at students or people heading home after the gym who want something quick. The decour is a bit plain, but that's not really an issue.
I go to the Friday night Salsa Central dance classes and social in the events space they have - friendly staff, easy to get to, and the floor is perfect for dancing!
Used the meeting room facilities, needed to ask for more tables and chairs even though we'd booked for 20 great for smaller numbers but very tight for 20...
Want to train somewhere filled with the traffic fumes from a busy London Zone 1 road? This is the place for you. You think that it wasn't so bad inside, but it was awful. Next time: don't train in a basement by an A-road.

The only downside to me is the weekend and Friday opening times. Otherwise Nice gym with nice staff.
