Terrible customer service. Went in for a new windscreen blade; scruffy little man there - no smile - growled at me. Made me feel stupid as I didn't know measurements. Smirked sarcastically as if to say, "Typical woman". I told him not to bother and that I was going to Halfords. Went to Cramlington Halfords; fabulous, friendly customer service - £17 fitted Thank you very much!
Had the part i needed much appreciated as not many shops of this type open on Sundays
Lovely lady in store and helpful, slightly expensive but good quality products so worth the money.
Prices are insane, £12.80 for Wonderwheels where even Halfords only want £5.99 a bottle! Owner seems a bit sarcastic and unapproachable having a bad attitude...
