North Tyneside Council

Absolutely furious they've decided to change their number that my phone is blocked from ringing! Website still down since about November to pay rent online. They'll be straight out whinging as well when the rents not paid. Nice one NTC. Just making it harder for everyone to keep up to date with payments. Absolute joke.

I can't even get through to them, they are taken the piss basely, send you a let saying ur Inn tax arrears when your not!! Then when you ring them to sort the problem out they leave you on the line with no one on the other end!!

After 2 weeks of trying to call all departments without a single call answered and no emails answered totally useless to deal with

As other reviews, but I can't even get the right department!! To email them. There's a notice at the end of my street saying they are starting night time road repairs, TONIGHT! ! ARE THEY KIDDING!!!! I assume they mean during the night. I can't get in touch to ask them!!!! So to warned they may be coming to your street soon!!!
