This council committee for me has demonstrated that it is incapable of acting professionally, with empathy and has proved that when challenged appropriately, simply drops their back sides and play the victim card.  It concerns me that this council is clearly incapable of running business for the town council and its members. Clearly a very aged committee not all but some clearly have very old standards that need to be modernised with the town and cannot cope with the modern day pressures complaints, challenges/feedback and instead choose to brush matters under the carpet or play victim.  I am concerned that the employees that work for these councillors, and especially the Town Clerk continue to believe they have the right to act as a voted member of the town without consequence.  Confidence completely lost in councillors, those act higher up ladder and especially those running matters behind the scenes.
