A business is to make money, and to make money you need to be good to customers, at least polite. Not taking the piss every question asked. That lady on the phone is clearly not interested in her job and very rude. There are plenty other taxi company so I suggest to look esle where rather than this one

Used this company on 18/02/18 amazing device helpful driver and great fares, they explained they didn't have computers up and running at the moment but as I told them It did not affect the service one bit. I will always use Swans minicabs in future and

Ordered a taxi for 6.45 at 6pm, was not told of any delays. Waited until 7.10 after frequent checking and was told it was still not on it's way, had to get an Uber as I was already very late and couldn't wait any more. Not good service from the operators, should have been told when I first booked.

Absolutely awful experience. Booked the night before to make sure it would be on time. Rang to be told so what if you prebooked it. After an hour of phone calls I ended up getting a lift to the tram stop. Don't use this firm. Disgusting service.
